This two night, all-inclusive yoga retreat and ceremony of the full moon will be hosted at a 5-STAR Airbnb by the water!! Grounding Magic’s yoga instructors will present their expertise in bodywork while you practice in good company, surrounded by positive energy. On this retreat, you can expect the foundational practices of Hatha yoga as well as special offerings of guided meditation, crystal therapy, spa treatments, massage, and spiritual guidance. Finally, you'll explore herbal wisdom directly through nature and have plenty of time for quiet reflection and relaxation.

Shauna provided a welcoming, compassionate and non-judgmental space that allowed vulnerabilities to be shared openly and willingly on my part. I was able to both have space to connect with myself on an individual level as well as share openly with the group and share a bit of my journey with them by the fire. The best healing sometimes happens in the presence of others. Magic happened here. I can't quite put into words what this retreat meant to me, it was a safe space, a healing space, where I connected with myself, others, nature and spiritually in my own way.

At every corner I was in awe of the amount of creativity, care and effort that went into creating this magical weekend escape by Shauna - no detail went unnoticed. All I can say is if you are hesitating for any reason at all, give yourself the gift of booking this retreat! You are in great hands and you will go home with your cup overflowing! I am a beginner at yoga and I was met where I was at, I came solo and did not feel alone, I am vegetarian and my diet was considered, these are just a few of the ways I felt safe and at home.

Originally I did hesitate to attend this retreat by myself because I have never done anything like this on my own before. I decided to book because I really needed a space where I could think and focus and be away from my daily routine. My favourite parts of the retreat were the nature hikes, the yoga classes, the company, and the bonfires. Honestly the entire weekend was simply amazing. I felt really calm and connected the entire retreat. I would definitely recommend this retreat to all my girlfriends. I know that anyone could benefit from a weekend like this. Shauna was an amazing host, you could tell she really loves what she does.
